Leah Leibow is an associate at Nichols Brar Weitzner Thomas and a Houston-native. Her practice focuses on a broad range of healthcare regulatory, transactional, and litigation matters. She advises clients on Medicare and Medicaid overpayment issues, fraud and abuse laws and other federal and state regulatory and compliance matters. She has experience working on various types of transactions in the healthcare industry, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings. Additionally, Leah assists clients with reimbursement disputes and is a fierce advocate for getting her clients the compensation they are owed. She has a background in health sciences and clinical research, which allows her to better understand her clients’ businesses and advance their interests.
